| Buyers BEWARE! Never pay a 10% deposit direct to an agent or seller. The contract needs to be legal and in Spanish. Contracts in English offer no protection and are not legal in Spain. Avoid agents who take cash deposits directly you will never get your money back if you pull out of a sale.
